Interesting article Claire. Reference the new lifetime ISA, shame so many won't benefit from this. The cutoff age of 40 seems rather arbitrary particularly considering those of the fairer sex who have often had time out of work to raise children and as such have a considerably reduced pension pot to play with (private and state). As you say another complicated solution which will either deter or exclude uptake or maybe that is the point? After all I am sure that the government will want to cap their 25% contributions.
