Reconciliations Administrator – Salary c£18k+ Bristol (2201) Our Client is an award winning pensions’ provider with over 40 years’ experience in the financial sector. They are a firm committed to providing products that are truly valued by financial advisers and client and they have been recognised for this service on many occasions.Reporting to the Team leader, this is a challenging role, which provides the opportunity to work within a regulated environment and requires you to represent the company in a professional manner.The role of Reconciliations Administrator involves:• Contacting third parties to obtain information either by telephone, letter or email• Investigation of any differences of information between an Asset Provider records and the company WINSIPP/SIPP Pro systems.• Referral of any identified differences to other teams within the business to arrange correction• Preparing Illustrations to support New Business and the issue of plan Valuations and Reviews• Preparing & issuing Diarised and Ad hoc Plan Valuations• Preparing & issuing Annual, Quinquennial and Ad Hoc Plan Reviews• Preparing & issuing annual Tax Packs• Dealing with any enquiries that may be received• Taking forward issues which impact on service with both internal and external customers• Provide exceptional customer service• Working within the defined company policies and procedures as well as the Risk and Governance frameworkWorking as part of a team, this role requires you to have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to assist in inspiring and maintaining an efficient, productive and well motivated team.
