Helen Keays steps down as non-exec director of Mattioli Woods
Ms Keays has served on the board as a non-executive director since July 2011 and will formally leave on 31 October 2013.
She leaves the firm "to pursue other interests" and the firm's nominations committee has initiated a search for her replacement.
Bob Woods, executive chairman of Mattioli Woods, said: "Helen has served on the board since July 2011. The board would like to thank her for her insights and contribution to our success over the last two years. We wish her every success in her future endeavours."

Ms Keays is also non-executive director at Domino's Pizza Group, Sk:n Clinics and Majestic Wine Plc. She previously worked in various high-level roles at Vodafone.
The board of Mattioli Woods consists of chairman Bob Woods, chief executive Ian Mattioli, marketing and sales director Murray Smith, finance director Nathan Imlach, operations director Mark Smith and John Redpath and Joanne Lake as non-executive directors.
