Experienced consultant joins Sipps firm after adviser demand
Justin Randall joins Talbot and Muir from Prosperity Financial Advisors & Stockbrokers where he was head of operations.
His new title will be business development consultant south.
Talbot and Muir cited his extensive experience as a key factor in hiring Mr Randall.
He has worked for nearly 20 years in financial services, in areas ranging from retail banking through to long-term care. For the last ten years he has operated in the advice sector.
The firm said his knowledge from the adviser's perspective would be 'invaluable' as it continues to grow and develop.

He reports directly to Nathan Bridgeman, director of sales and marketing.
Mr Bridgeman said: "Justin joins in direct response to demand from advisers in the south, they are asking for support from a local consultant, in particular around our SRA product.
"Justin is a welcome addition to the sales team. I have known him for many years and he is highly respected and experienced in the sector.
"We are looking forward to using his knowledge and experience in the south of England."
