"This is a young, modern, forward-thinking, ambitious firm with undoubtedly one of the best Sipp propositions on the market. But there is more to Liberty than that. It quickly became clear to me that the two most important aspects of this firm are the staff and the customer."
Matthew Rankine, director of sales and marketing at Liberty Sipp, said: "Oliver is a perfect fit for our ethos. He's professional, honest and genuinely a nice guy.
"It's extremely difficult finding someone of his calibre, integrity and experience. It's an opportunity we just couldn't pass up when we heard he was on the look out for a new challenge.
"With increasing demand for our product, we needed a senior representative to capitalise on and enhance our healthy financial position.
"Oliver's strength is building and maintaining strong relationships with IFAs and explaining how our pension product helps people manage their funds when they retire."
