Fergus McDiarmid: 1 year on from Revenue Scotland’s LBTT reversal
It is almost exactly one year since Revenue Scotland reversed its decision to levy Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) on in-specie transfers between SIPP or SSAS providers.
